Hi, I’m Philly

I’m a wife and mom of three little people and a huge lover of all things health & fitness related

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 6 years but about a year ago, after discovering that three pregnancies had taken their toll and left me with Diastasis Recti, I decided to study and specialise in pre & post natal fitness.
This has helped hugely with my own personal journey, now I want to support other Mums get back into exercise in a safe yet effective way.
I offer a mixture of private 1:1 sessions as well as small group sessions specialising in postnatal safe exercises and strength and toning classes for different fitness levels.

If you’re looking for a relaxed environment to either get back into exercise after having children or simply just to try a new class, then I would love to help.

My Classes

Antenatal Fitness

For moms who are expecting, this class aims to enhance your feelings of well-being during this exciting time and ease any aches & pains.

I also offer Private 1:1 Tuition

In all my classes, I ensure we have a cool playlist and a home-made energy ball to eat at the end of the session. Yum!

Ladies Strength & Sculpting

Challenging & great fun! This class targets the whole body through a mixture of yoga, pilates, resistance bands and weights. Each class is different to keep it interesting and you always leave feeling energised!

Beginners Ladies Fitness

I started this class as I had a few people contact me who hadn’t exercised for a while and had lost their confidence. This is such a lovely class, always super fun to teach. I include all the same elements of the strength & toning classes but we do it at a relaxed pace. People are still challenged but not intimidated.

Mom & Baby Post Natal Fitness

This is for all moms with babies under 1 yrs old. It is really lovely for moms to be able to come together with their babies and do some safe yet effective exercise. There is a relaxed vibe and a safe space to feed or even just lie down if that’s all you can face! I am always on hand to entertain your little one so that you can keep moving and have a break!

Booking

All group sessions are £12 or buy 5 for £55! – Payments are made in cash at the start of each session. The classes are set in the grounds of a beautiful private home and if the weather allows, pool side, overlooking rolling fields. There is complete privacy and a relaxed environment with a maximum of 5 per class and socially distanced, thoroughly clean mats.
