For moms who are expecting, this class aims to enhance your feelings of well-being during this exciting time and ease any aches & pains.
I also offer Private 1:1 Tuition
In all my classes, I ensure we have a cool playlist and a home-made energy ball to eat at the end of the session. Yum!
Ladies Strength & Sculpting
Challenging & great fun! This class targets the whole body through a mixture of yoga, pilates, resistance bands and weights. Each class is different to keep it interesting and you always leave feeling energised!
Beginners Ladies Fitness
I started this class as I had a few people contact me who hadn’t exercised for a while and had lost their confidence. This is such a lovely class, always super fun to teach. I include all the same elements of the strength & toning classes but we do it at a relaxed pace. People are still challenged but not intimidated.
Mom & Baby Post Natal Fitness
This is for all moms with babies under 1 yrs old. It is really lovely for moms to be able to come together with their babies and do some safe yet effective exercise. There is a relaxed vibe and a safe space to feed or even just lie down if that’s all you can face! I am always on hand to entertain your little one so that you can keep moving and have a break!
