I’m a wife and mom of three little people and a huge lover of all things health & fitness related
I offer a mixture of private 1:1 sessions as well as small group sessions specialising in postnatal safe exercises and strength and toning classes for different fitness levels.
If you’re looking for a relaxed environment to either get back into exercise after having children or simply just to try a new class, then I would love to help.

When I have the time, I love to go to all the different amazing fitness studios throughout London and try new classes which is always giving me new ideas and keeping it fresh!
!!New!! Dynamic Resistance Band Workout – only £10 per class!!
Held at Tooting Common (alongside Emmanuel Road, SW12) this is a 45min total body workout using resistance bands. Resistance bands are a great way to make your workout that bit more challenging! Philly’s favourite prop which she uses daily to improve flexibility, range of motion & strength. Super versatile & easy to transport, a great prop for an outdoor class! There will be a nutritious energy ball at the end of the class to refuel you for the day!
I also offer Private 1:1 Tuition
I am happy to come to your house or wherever suits you. These 1 hour sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Each session will vary and include elements of pilates, yoga, resistance bands and kettlebells.
In all my classes, I ensure we have a cool playlist and a home-made energy ball to eat at the end of the session. Yum!
Ladies Strength & Toning
This class varies every session as I like to keep it interesting for optimum results. I always start with a dynamic warm up including elements of yoga and pilates targeting the whole body. I then include a mini band segment which ‘activates the glutes’ or burns the bum & thighs. After this, there is a strength session with kettlebells or resistance bands. All these exercises are tailored and suitable for your fitness ability. I always focus on strengthening the glutes, opening up the chest, toning the arms and of course, working the core from the inside out – really targeting those deep abdominal muscles which is so important after having children.
Beginners Ladies Fitness
I started this class as I had a few people contact me who hadn’t exercised for a while and had lost their confidence. This is such a lovely class, always super fun to teach. I include all the same elements of the strength & toning classes but we do it at a relaxed pace. People are still challenged but not intimidated.
Mom & Baby Post Natal Fitness
This is for all moms with babies under 1 year old who need that extra attention and focus. It is really lovely for moms to be able to come together with their babies and do some gentle, effective exercise The classes are super relaxed and in a safe space to feed your baby or sometimes just lie down if that is all you can face!! I include lots of breath and posture work in each class which helps to reconnect to the core.
