Hi, I’m Philly
I’m a wife and mom of 3 little people and passionate about Women’s Health & Fitness.
I have been a Movement Professional for over 12 years which has given me a wealth of experience. It is so pleasing to see how interests have moved away from ‘wanting to lose weight’ to ‘wanting to feel good and move freely injury free’!
Due to having 3 pregnancies with the associated core & pelvic floor issues such as diastasis recti, I have a genuine interest in this field and feel really proud of helping new mums strengthen and feel confident in their bodies again.
Through my Restore Your Core training, I also have a passion for helping people recover from injuries through movement and ensuring that we can move freely and pain free as we age.
If you’re looking for a relaxed environment to have fun getting back into exercise after having children or simply just to try new class and meet new people, then I would love to help.

Movement session designed exactly for your needs & requirements
Challenging & great fun! This class targets the whole body through a mixture of yoga, pilates, resistance bands and weights. Each class is different to keep it interesting and you always leave feeling energised!
The class begins with a routine focusing on the core & glute activation with a combination of strength moves & lovely stretches. The 2nd half of the class is a circuit using a mix of equipment and each move is targeted to your fitness level.
This is for all moms with babies under 1 yrs old. It is really lovely for moms to be able to come together with their babies and do some safe yet effective exercise. There is a relaxed vibe and a safe space to feed or even just lie down if that’s all you can face! I am always on hand to entertain your little one so that you can keep moving and have a break!
In all my classes, I ensure we have a cool playlist and a home-made energy ball to eat at the end of the session. Yum!

• All group sessions are £12 or £55 for a block of 5.
