What is included in the membership?

Unlimited access to the entire library of home workouts that tone your body and build up deep strength. New workouts are added each week.

What is Philly Fitness on Demand?

Philly Fitness On Demand is a health and fitness service for women. Whether you’re looking to tone your body, build strength, increase flexibility or relieve stress, there’s a class or series for you. Each session is equipment free. You will just need a yoga mat, maybe some water and definitely yourself! Making movement part of your every day.

What is the price of the membership?

The price of the membership is £15/month. Each new member starts with a free trial of 7 days.

Can I try out Philly Fitness On Demand before becoming a paying member?

Yes. You start with a 7 day free trial. During the trial period you won’t be charged, and it’s easy to cancel any time if you do not wish to continue.

Do I have full access to Philly Fitness On Demand during the trial period?

Yes, while on trial, you have access to everything there is to offer.

How often can I watch each video?

You can do each class as often as you like. You can pause them and do them later if you need to. You also get access to the previous classes, added before you signed up. 

Do I need to be fit to start?

No, Philly Fitness on Demand is created for everyone from beginners to experts, with modifications for all levels in every workout while you are building up strength.   There is a Beginner’s section if you would like to begin there and learn the basics.
I will guide you through the workouts and recommend modifications if you want to do a little less.

What happens when I cancel the membership?

It will be sad to see you go, but you will be able to access the membership area until a new billing cycles starts.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like in your account window. In your ‘Your account’, click ‘Manage membership’, then click ‘Pause or cancel subscription’.

30 Minute Strength & Sculpt

For the days when you have more time, these 30 minute videos are varied and challenging focusing on every muscle in the body leaving you strengthened and lengthened and feeling fabulous!

Advanced Series

There are days when you are looking for a challenge so have a go at some of these sessions and I promise you will finish in a happy sweaty bliss.  I won’t rule out who can try this class but if you are coming back to fitness after a break, then maybe head to the other sections first..

Beginner Series

These videos are perfect for those looking to get back into fitness gradually.  Each video is numbered so you can happily work your way through each session. 

10 Minute Energise

A fantastic selection of 10 minute full body workouts always using solely bodyweight and low impact.

Core Progressions

A library of short videos starting from the Foundation session where you practice some lovely breathwork and essential basic core moves.  Each video gradually progresses helping you gain confidence in challenging your core.  You can happily stay on one level for a while and not feel pressured to move forward until you feel comfortable.  Enjoy the journey!
